Whilst documenting Jenson's Recovery Journey, it was apparent that words could be a powerful way to programme the mind both positively and negatively.

It is the key to unlocking your greatest potential. Integrating the knowledge of physical therapy and aromatherapy, brought about the ability to remove barriers to physical activity and improve the mental capacity to problem solve.

Collaborating with other key healthcare practitioners we explored how you can push through those negative thoughts to create a language that empowers and lifts your self confidence. Even though this book is about our son's rehabilitation journey, it is easily transferable to anyone going through a life changing diagnosis.
